1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using B2BLife ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Tech Sync Analytica LLC ("Company", "we", "us").

2. About B2BLife

B2BLife is a B2B marketing and networking platform developed by Tech Sync Analytica LLC, based in New Mexico, United States. We provide smart automation and travel technology solutions designed to make business connections seamless and efficient.

Platform Features:

• User registration and authentication
• B2B networking and messaging
• Marketing campaign management (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Real-time chat and communications
• Analytics and reporting
• Subscription-based access

3. Eligibility

To use B2BLife, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Represent a legitimate business entity
• Have the authority to bind your company to these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to access the Platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4.2 Account Types:

• Corporate Account: For business entities
• Individual Account: For solo entrepreneurs

4.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Trial: New users receive a 365-day free trial with full platform access.

5.2 Paid Subscription: After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription:

• Annual Fee: $250 USD per year
• Payment Method: Credit/debit card via Stripe
• Billing Cycle: Annual renewal
• Currency: USD (United States Dollars)

5.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting b2blife@tynca.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.5 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until renewal.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses: You may use B2BLife for legitimate business purposes, including networking, marketing, and communication.

6.2 Prohibited Activities: You may NOT:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent communications
• Violate any laws, including anti-spam, data protection, or privacy laws
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent
• Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform access
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform

6.3 Enforcement: Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Ownership: B2BLife, including all code, design, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Tech Sync Analytica LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

7.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (campaigns, messages, etc.). By using the Platform, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

7.3 Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used without compensation.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of B2BLife is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with GDPR, KVKK, and other privacy laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "As-Is" Basis: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., Stripe, email providers).

9.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Sync Analytica LLC is NOT liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Sync Analytica LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

11.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting b2blife@tynca.com.

11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Inactivity for more than 12 months

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and your data may be deleted after 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Negotiation: Good-faith informal negotiation
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration in New Mexico (if negotiation fails)
• Court Jurisdiction: Courts of New Mexico (for non-arbitrable claims)

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
