B2BLife is a B2B intelligence and analytics platform operated by Teyfik Öz. It provides AI-powered business analysis tools including trust scoring, partner readiness assessment, and company intelligence reports.

• B2B intelligence reports (pay-per-use)
• Analytics and reporting tools

3. Eligibility

To use B2BLife, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payments & Billing

B2BLife offers paid intelligence reports on a per-use basis — no subscription or membership is required.

• B2B Intelligence Report: $49 per report
• Payment: Reports are purchased via email request. We will invoice you and process payment through a secure digital payment link.
• We do not store your payment card details.
• You will receive a receipt and report delivery confirmation by email.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products deliver instant digital results, all sales are final by default. Exceptions:

• If a report fails to deliver due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
• Resell or redistribute platform outputs without written consent

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and algorithms on B2BLife are the property of Teyfik Öz. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with GDPR and KVKK.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teyfik Öz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of B2BLife or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Unresolved disputes may be referred to competent courts of the Republic of Turkey.
