Teyfik Öz ("we", "our", or "us") operates B2BLife, a B2B intelligence and analytics platform. B2BLife applies a zero-directory posture — we do not build or publish a browsable public directory of individuals or companies. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with:

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

• Full name, email address, company name, password (hashed)
• Business details, industry, contact information

3.2 Payment Information

Reports are purchased via email request and processed through a secure digital payment link. We do not store or see your card details. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider under their own privacy policy.

3.3 Usage Data

• Pages visited, features used, report queries
• Session authentication tokens (not stored beyond session)
• Anonymized analytics for platform improvement (no personal identifiers)

3.4 AI Report Queries

Company names and search terms you enter to generate intelligence reports are processed in real-time and are not stored as personally identifiable information after report generation.

6. Third-Party Services

• Paddle (payment processor): Payment processing and Merchant of Record. Handles billing data independently under its own privacy policy.
• Groq Inference API (primary LLM provider): AI report and pitch generation. Only anonymized query prompts (company names, search terms) are transmitted — no account data, no personal identifiers. Prompts are processed in real-time and are not logged or stored by us, and are not used for model training.
• HuggingFace Inference API (fallback LLM provider): Used only if the primary provider is unavailable. The same rule applies: anonymized prompts only, no logging, no personal user data.
• Tavily / GDELT / Open Web Sources: Public data sources used to generate company intelligence. No personal user data is shared.

AI processing transparency: Queries you submit pass through Groq (primary) or HuggingFace (fallback) inference infrastructure solely to generate your report. B2BLife does not persist these prompts, does not attach your identity to them, and does not permit their use for AI model training.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).

8. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
• Report query data: Not retained after processing
• Contact messages: Deleted within 12 months of last communication

9. Your Rights (GDPR/KVKK)

You have the right to:

• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data
• Restriction: Restrict processing of your data
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format

10. Data Security

We implement HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, password hashing, session-based authentication, and rate limiting. We do not store uploaded files or payment card data.

11. International Transfers

Our servers are located in Europe (Hetzner, Germany). AI inference calls may briefly transit through Groq (primary) or HuggingFace (fallback) infrastructure. No personal user data is included in these calls, and the calls are not logged or retained.

12.3 Verilerin Aktarıldığı Taraflar ve Aktarım Amacı

• Paddle (ödeme işlemcisi): Ücretli ürünlerde ödeme bilgileriniz Paddle tarafından işlenir; tarafımızca saklanmaz.
• Groq (birincil) / HuggingFace (yedek) AI altyapısı: Rapor üretimi sırasında yalnızca anonimleştirilmiş sorgu metinleri (şirket adı, arama terimi) bu sağlayıcılar üzerinden geçer. Bu sorgular hesap bilgilerinizle ilişkilendirilmez, tarafımızca loglanmaz ve saklanmaz, model eğitiminde kullanılmaz.
• Bunlar dışında kişisel verileriniz üçüncü taraflara aktarılmaz, satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.

12.4 Toplama Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebep

Kişisel verileriniz, kayıt formları ve platform kullanımı aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanır. Hukuki sebepler: KVKK Madde 5/2(c) sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, Madde 5/2(f) meşru menfaat (platform güvenliği) ve açık rızanız (Madde 5/1).

12.5 KVKK Madde 11 Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
• İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
• Yurt içinde / yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
• KVKK Madde 7 şartları çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• Otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
• Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
