Privacy Policy / Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesi

1. Collection and purposes

Account and contact forms, browser/API requests, research inputs and payment notifications provide account details, authentication data, company/search terms, report content, usage information and transaction references. We process these to provide company research, manage access and billing, respond to support requests and protect the service.

Company names and public business information can contain personal data, particularly for sole traders and named contacts. Do not submit unnecessary personal, sensitive or confidential data.

2. Legal bases

Service and account operations rely on contract performance; security on legitimate interests balanced against individual rights; required financial records on legal obligations. Optional processing requiring consent must use separate consent. Acceptance of service terms is not blanket consent to all processing (GDPR Article 6 and KVKK Article 5, as applicable).

3. Providers and international processing

• Hetzner: application and database hosting.
• Paddle: checkout, billing and Merchant of Record services. Paddle processes payment details under its own privacy terms; we retain related entitlement and transaction references, not payment card details.
• Groq, Hugging Face and NVIDIA NIM: configured AI features may send query text and relevant report context to these inference providers. Routing depends on the feature and configuration.
• Tavily and public web sources: research queries are submitted to retrieve company information.

Do not assume that submitted text has been anonymized merely because it lacks your account email. External providers may process data outside your country. Provider retention, training and transfer terms require separate review; this notice does not promise zero provider retention or zero international transfer.

4. Reports, caching and retention

Company profiles, generated reports and inference responses may be persisted or cached to serve reports and reduce repeated requests. Research content is not necessarily discarded immediately after generation.

Retention is assessed by data category, ongoing service need, security, support history and applicable legal obligations. Cache expiry is not equivalent to erasure of accounts, reports or backups. Contact the controller for a category-specific retention explanation or deletion request. No automatic deletion deadline for all system copies is asserted here.

5. Cookies and security

Authentication and language/session functionality use browser state and cookies. Relevant cookie settings and third-party notices apply when optional integrations are enabled. HTTPS, password hashing and access controls protect service data. No security measure removes all risk.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, information about recipients, or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Send requests to teyfikoz@yahoo.com. We may need proportionate identity verification; never send passwords or API keys. Requests are assessed within applicable statutory deadlines, including any lawful retention exceptions.

7. KVKK Madde 10 kapsamında aydınlatma

Veri sorumlusu Teyfik Öz'dür. Veriler kayıt/destek formları, tarayıcı ve API kullanımı, araştırma sorguları ve ödeme bildirimleriyle elektronik ortamda toplanır. Hesap, rapor, destek, güvenlik ve faturalama amaçlarıyla işlenir. KVKK 5/2(c) sözleşmenin kurulması/ifası, 5/2(ç) hukuki yükümlülük ve 5/2(f) meşru menfaat, ilgili faaliyete göre değerlendirilir; gerekli isteğe bağlı işlemler için açık rıza ayrıca alınır.

Hetzner barındırma, Paddle ödeme, Groq/Hugging Face/NVIDIA NIM AI çıkarımı, Tavily ise araştırma amaçlarıyla ilgili verileri işleyebilir. Sorgular ve raporlar saklanabilir; metindeki kişi bilgileri kendiliğinden anonimleşmez. Yurt dışı aktarımın hukuki koşulları ayrıca değerlendirilmelidir.

KVKK 11 kapsamında verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini ve amacını öğrenme, alıcıları bilme, eksik/yanlış veriyi düzeltme, şartları oluştuğunda silme/yok etme ve alıcılara bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik analizin aleyhte sonucuna itiraz ve hukuka aykırı işlemeden doğan zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarınız vardır.
