KVKK

Tech Sync Analytica LLC acts as a data controller for relevant processing under Turkey's Law No. 6698. B2BLife is designed around company-level intelligence rather than public people directories.

Processed categories include security and access logs, company names entered by users, support requests, and bounded file uploads. Free-text fields may be subject to PII redaction and scope limitation.

Under KVKK Article 11, you may request information, correction, deletion, objection, and compensation where unlawful processing has caused damage.

GDPR

For EU-resident data, the main legal bases are legitimate interests, legal obligation, explicit consent where required, and user-initiated service requests.

B2BLife aims to retain data only for operational need and to avoid unnecessary person-level enrichment.

International transfers may occur because the operator is based in the United States; technical and contractual safeguards are used where applicable.
