Overview

B2BLife sells digital intelligence reports on a pay-per-use basis. Reports are invoiced and paid via secure digital payment link sent by email. This policy describes when refunds are granted.

Eligible for Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The report failed to deliver due to a technical error on our side
  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • The report was not accessible after a successful payment

Not Eligible for Refund

  • The report was successfully generated and delivered
  • You disagree with the AI-generated analysis or findings
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email techsyncanalytica@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your order reference (found in your receipt email)
  3. Briefly describe the issue
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
